CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY CAKE


This Cranberry Cake is the perfect Christmas cake! And it’s so easy to make too. What I love most about this cake is the crunchy outside and the soft and moist inside. It’s easy enough to bring to a holiday party or an open house. I hope you enjoy this Christmas Cranberry Cake as much as we did!



Christmas Cranberry Cake

 Cook Time 40 minutes
 Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
12 oz cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and soften butter.
  • Mix together sugar and eggs.
  • Add vanilla and butter.
  • Slowly beat in flour.
  • Fold in cranberries.
  • Pour into a prepared bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let your cake cook and then lightly dust with powdered sugar.
